White House Fellows

The White House was so smitten by our recent micro-documentary about the White House Fellows program that they asked us to tweak it for the White House website.

Patriotic duty…done.

This mini-doc is a great example of what happens when savvy storytellers are asked to document a national treasure, in this case the White House Fellow program, created during the Lyndon Johnson era.

Graduates include Colin Powell, Doris Kearns and Wesley Clarke. For this effort, we focused on two recent fellows: a New Orleans school teacher who stuck with his students  after the Katrina Hurricane and the first female trick pilot for the Air Force Thunderbird.

Join us on this fast eight-minute “zip line” through 40 years of the White House Fellows.
