New Media Mill offers low cost media delivery on the Internet so you can control how your multimedia is presented on the web - and without pesky advertising.

"We learned a long time ago that organizations need the flexibility to control how they present their multimedia, whether it's custom players, synchronized slides and text...or just the absence of advertising," says New Media Mill's multimedia manager Shari Wolk. "Running our own media delivery network allows this."

Sometimes that means setting up a custom hosting situation, as with New Media Mill's deployment of Flash streaming servers for the Aspen Institute. The solution included a web interface that allows Aspen to create players in a number of different design skins, with buttons that allow users to jump to different time code points within a Flash streaming file.

"I have to tell you, this thing works great," says Tarek Rizk, web director at Aspen.

A simple multimedia delivery plan gives non-profit organizations the ability to host up to three hours of content in any media format for just $29 monthly. It includes access to New Media Manager, the web based utility that allows clients to upload media, monitor statistics, add metadata, even set up and manager podcasts.

New Media Mill's media delivery network supports the most popular streaming and progressive download media formats including: Windows Media, Real Media, Flash, Quicktime, and all mpeg formats.
