What we do:
We output content to Real Media, Windows Media, Quicktime, MPEG 1, MPEG 2, MPEG 4 as well as a variety of lesser-known compression decompression algorithms, also known as CODECs.
Good encoding requires good source material. We can work with digital media or analog. We deliver excellent quality encodes partly because we can capture video at lossless or near-lossless data rates, up to 13.3 megabytes per second. When compressing for web delivery, we employ two-pass, variable bit rate encoding, which permits encoders to assign more resources to the most challenging sections of content.
Our rates:
Our standard rate for encoding is $100 per hour of encoding time, plus a $100 setup fee. Encoding times can vary from one minute for every minute of material, up to five minutes for every minute of material. Encoding times depend on the compression algorithm you have selected and the filters necessary to delivery crisp, error-free pictures and sound.
